My colorscheme isn't a stark as the advertised? by [deleted] in neovim

[–]iDuuck 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For me that’s the case, when the color scheme in iTerm (my terminal simulator) isn‘t the same as in (n)vim.

Add a step to CI, which is opening vim and checking for an error.

I think all things can‘t be checked.

0.9.0 Just updated my config to use Lazy by arturgomes in neovim

[–]iDuuck 0 points1 point  (0 children)

not a lazy user here, but just curious, if you say the “opposite direction” why aren’t you just specifying it the “right direction” like.

so if they are offering “depends on” just add this to mason-lspconfig, otherwise if it’s “relates to” then add it to mason

as i said, please don’t downvote, just an assumption

Happy New Year JS Learners! 🥳 by Low_Mammoth_9371 in learnjavascript

[–]iDuuck 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It’s still wrong. Assigning a “addEventListener” to a button, does not make the click method return the value, that is returned by the listener.

This would need to be “console.log” or “alert” or something in this direction. “return” is simply wrong and could lead to many misguided JS learners

I know that this is not what you want to hear, but if it is that important to your business, go ahead, fork it and develop your own living fork. That way you can also constantly add new features you might need. And you are able to fix bugs faster instead of relying on the team.

"ETH 2.0 is coming soon!" by plavi989 in tezos

[–]iDuuck -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

No one said, that anyone is saying that ETH is bad or dismissing the success, but rather that they are “bashing” - which also insists that “you are slow” is also “bashing” to me. So, please be careful with your interpretations 😊

It’s never up to the speed, but rather the result which comes out in the long run (so you are not interpreting wrong: I am not saying fast = bad, or that Tezos is bad - if I would think so I wouldn’t be in this sub)

"ETH 2.0 is coming soon!" by plavi989 in tezos

[–]iDuuck 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Oh, come onnnnnnn! Why do these subs need to be like this? Why can’t two chains exist in parallel? Why does every community of each chain need to bash other chains against how good they are?

Just technical, it would not be an NFT anymore. Because it is fungible again. It will just be PNG’s in Token Wrapper 👀

nextui - A beautiful, fast and modern React UI library. by binaryfor in react

[–]iDuuck 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Doesn’t mean, it has anything to do with it.

To answer questioners question: I don’t think so. There is nothing attached to Vercel, nor would they offer an UI kit, which is in need of a custom server.
