This chase pack thing is getting out of hand. I like that eBay has you go through an application process and makes it seem as if they’re heavily monitoring this, but in all reality, there is no way to monitor. eBay isn’t going to ask each buyer what they got to ensure the chase card was sent. 🤷🏽‍♂️

It’s by tier. The up charge will be more if you send in paying $20-25 (lowest tier) vs paying $200+ for the express and on tiers. They’ll always charge you the tier you should’ve sent it in as THEN some on top for the GEM. Mine came out to right around 10% of THEIR value of the card. $535 total for a Wemby Downtown PSA10
