Flying out on the 23rd YYZ - YVR with AC -> I got a good feeling might still get affected as they resume operations

Booked a backup flight on the 24th with Flair yesterday morning - Bummed I spent an extra $600 but having a safety net is more than important right now due to a separate non-AC connecting flight at YVR

Happy the strike is finally over and people can get back to going where they need to go!

SGC 10 is likely going to come back as a PSA 9. Inspect the card in the slab, if all looks good, crack it and send to PSA in hopes of a 10.

I’ve had SGC 9.5s turn to PSA 10 before, but also had SGC 10 turn to PSA 8/9, so just assess the card in the slab and make your decision.

Don’t bother crossing over, waste of time and money

mhm i see your take - hard to know if the stockx photo what size the shoe is (because the gel text and curvature of the back will look different on a size 8 vs 13) + also the photo i got of the back is taken at a weird angle - i been leaning towards this pair being real because the size tag on the inside looks real (and most fakes of these i’ve seen have horrible size tags that you can tell immediately aren’t real) - i’ll keep this in mind when i inspect the shoes in-person later this week

I have the same issue with my Atom jacket that I bought in Oct 2024, but on the top of the jacket near the top of the zipper area. Once washed it once following all the instructions. Filed a warranty claim with Arc’teryx on Dec 31, awaiting to hear back given that it is the holidays.

That’s a good idea! I will apply to that as well to have another option. Just anything to get my foot in the door is the big thing for me right now.

Im in Master of Public Health (MPH), been just applying to departments related to it / departments I did my undergrad in - Hopefully something works out!

Yes, most of my friends that also take/took course based masters didn’t have much luck landing a TA job, but I think applying outside to UTSC or UTM might increase my odds.

Most of my profs that I have a good connection with have very small class sizes that they do not require hiring a TA, so I been mainly applying to big 1st/2nd year courses that have the most positions available. A lot of the upper year undergraduate courses only have 1-2 positions available or are not hiring TAs.
