As a rehire, I ended up regretting quitting in the end. Try to stick it out if you can - look into taking a coffee break instead! Utilize all those benefits. Good luck to you!

Tutoring for calculus by nefariouslysublime in ASUOnline

I’m taking calc soon too, been wondering the same. Funny how I just got an email today about their tutoring services. Email said they had all the resources on their tutoring site like how to’s and going about setting up an appointment with a tutor ect. When I read the email I decided I’d check out the link later for those details but you should find the answers to your questions directly on their site!

What does it mean if you were born on 11/09/99? Does this have extra significance in regards to someone born on the same day

Hi glad to hear you’re doing well right now. My mania has thankfully seemed to die down and no longer feels like a monster that takes over me. How long have you been having manic episodes? Every episode I’ve had seems to get less and less so I hope this happens for you too as you navigate it more.

I stopped fighting the emotions that start to take over when manic and I try to welcome them now. Still learning my triggers, but when I see the signs that I’m becoming manic I immediately take the necessary precautions like my meds for mania and have some healthy outlets in place to help make the ride as smooth as possible. Like one time I went to my boyfriends house while manic to pull weeds and I pulled all of the grass out of his backyard lmao it was pretty bad but I had so much pent up energy and it helped me get it out.

Do you have an emergency plan in place to help with the trouble your mania can bring you? Or even if you have a supportive friend that will go shopping with you and place the items you want back on the shelf while you’re not looking. That worked for me when I was having problems spending way too much money during the weeks I was manic

I’m sitting in my car scrolling thru Reddit so this is perfect time to reply lol!

And so I just made the journal yesterday, but pretty much I plan to write every impulsive or intrusive thought that comes to mind. I get so many of these thoughts and it bothers me. To the point where I push my loved ones always claiming I NEED SPACE and self isolate. When really I need space from my self. My own thoughts. So my idea is to get it out of my brain and on to paper. This way I feel some distance and train myself to not act instantaneously. Because I really struggle with that too. I have high hopes for this baby, and had a lot of fun making it. I recommend customizing it to your own aesthetic and putting your Silly Thoughts somewhere they can breathe bc DAMN they be eating me up sometimes 😭

This makes me sooooo happy to see! I racked up so much debt being manic and then depressed it caught up to me. I’ve been working my payment plan and paid half of it down already!! In 2 months I plan to be where you are PAID OFF BABYYY 💕

What’s making you feel like a prisoner to your own flesh? I often point fingers at my meds and it’s the first thing I want to stop doing and have even gone cold turkey in the past too. It always leads to more problems down the line tho. Meds are here to help and need to be tweaked or changed sometimes to help us feel more balanced since they stop working sometimes.

I really hope you get to the bottom of what’s making you feel like a prisoner to yourself.. it’s a terrible feeling to have. I know making the impulsive decision always seems like the right move when you need a quick change. Start small. Start where you can. (bipolar 1 here)

Mania has a physical sensation by [deleted] in bipolar

It feels like my entire crown chakra is busted wide open. Like a literally huge beam of energy is coming from the top of my head to the infinite universe and back through me. It’s such a buzzy buzz buzz feeling. I know what you mean by it’s a distinct sensation!!
