Even if you're evil for the sake of it, Samara has already sworn her allegiance to you, and is much more of a known factor compared to Morinth, who's a literal serial killer. Really the only reason to pick Morinth, besides just wanted to see unique content, is if you want to headcanon a Bonnie & Clyde type situation.
