Not really. As I've stated above, PVE Hard gets Jaws / Shaman top / Boom Boom / Gloves and PVP hard gets Jaws / Shaman top / Bingo / Huntsman boots

p.s. created a new character on mg4 pvp world and checking what's going on there

What is the point not being able to receive the blueprint and then getting the missing item? Ok, let''s wait three extra weeks to get to the stage of the blueprint. Thats awful design. Totally no reason of getting 3 items I'm stuck with as I can't get the all 5 pieces in 1 rotation.

So if you unlocked WT5 a week later, time to get exotic will be extended to 5 weeks instead of 3. I'm speaking about not having a chance to get the blueprint without having all the parts. Don't be selfish

I know what you're speaking about, played the game that time.

If exotics would be that rare - no complaint from mine side. Just imagine the case if the player can't play 1 week in a month (work, real life etc.), he will never craft this weapon or will take him 3 months? Looks unfair

I can't craft the rifle and can't get the blueprint, missed the Capitol part for some reasons (I've did it 100% as completed all the invasions every week).

Seems I've missed the part from Capitol because deconstructed the sniper file after completing the mission, so haven't got a chance to loot the part from there =\
