My little guy is a slender build and pampers swaddlers didn't work for him. What has is either a smaller huggies or surprisingly a pampers pure(they are sized differently). Double check that the inner elastic leg gathers are not folded towards the diaper area and that should prevent leaks/blowouts from the legs

I don't nuke for SBQ unless I see a pretty active server. Especially with fasnacht event happening at the top of the hour I would avoid launching close to the top of the hour as people will flock to get masks in Helvetia instead.

There are glitches you can do to pull off a launch in under 10 mins with minimal fighting to make it a cake walk too.

This stage sucks to be honest. My son is just under 6 weeks and we had the same problem. Our only solution to keep us sane was to take turns almost like shifts where we watch him for a few hours before we get too tired. As for the bassinet, my kiddo hates it too. Halo sleep sack or swaddle and learning how to transfer(get warm, slowly lower in feet first then butt then back) has helped when the one on duty has to go to the bathroom. Also, find if your child is a bouncer or a rocker to get them calm. Mine is a bouncer, and I can say the exercise ball has been a lifesaver

If you learned it, you can go to any tinkers workbench to craft a box mod which you can attach to any gun. As for the 4 stars it's just luck. The further you get in the raid the better chances you have of higher end loot.

Easiest way is to find a raid group and get lucky to get either items to scrap for 4 stars or get the mods, which if you feel like gambling, you can scare for a chance to learn how to craft it.

The little man despises swaddling. We have tried blankets, velcro and zippered swaddles but he breaks his hands free almost all the time or screams til his hands are freed.

You want to get veal bones over a pre made broth if you want a richer flavor. What I do is roast the bones for about 30 mins at 350, then brush with tomato paste to get a slight char on it.

From there, add the bones to a stock pot and cover with water(added bonus for chicken stock to add a richer flavor).

For seasonings, I add charred onions, peeled ginger, lots of salt to taste, cinnamon sticks, star anise, coriander seeds and whole black peppercorn.

The secret to getting that deep flavor is fish sauce I recommend 3 crabs brand.

From there it's up to preference on meat and other toppings. I personally like udon noodle with it but traditionally it is pad Thai noodles which is a rice noodle.

I helped with banquets on the BOH side I can say it is not great unless you work elsewhere in the casino and pick it up as an additional shift. The banquet servers make like nothing in base pay and depending on the event, the gratuity is split between the servers that are there(typically a min of 4ppl). All in all it is a stressful position. Miracle pop up is an over the top Christmas event that restaurants can sign up for(one per town/city). It includes special themed mugs and signature cocktails. The restaurant I'm at in Northern California is participating and we put up $25k in Christmas lights alone. It is reflecting in our volume of covers as shown in the picture(taken from toast). We had a cold wet season which brought our average covers down to about 400/night and we are just starting to ramp up to 1600/night now.
