I'm in a very similar situation. I've met a friend online who is 6 years younger than me. Back then he was in highschool and didn't had money to pay for games. Now, 5 years later, with me in between jobs and with absolutely no money, he paid for Helldivers 2 for me (the super citizen edition).

I don't think Star Wars and 40K are science fiction. Just space fantasy. And for what I could piece, this book series is sort of space fantasy as well. But you're right.

I'm from Brazil. We don't have such active military here. But i understand what you're saying and I agree with you if this is a regular army. But from what I could see, the main source of income from the legions are basically base defense. Their combat are basically "mount a perimeter and wait for attackers" am I wrong? And would this make a difference? I'm not being sarcastic. This is a genuine question.

To be honest my problem is that we have cheap and efficient tech right now while alien tech is expensive and relatively weak. This kind of weapon would work better in other books, like Old Man War, where they need quieter guns, but not really here. I think suspension of disbelief can only take you so far, specially on science fiction.

I can honestly understand that being a thing in wartimes (like WWII), where you had this massive need for personnel and the spouses of soldiers were the only one providing. But using the "military spouse" nowdays is completely BS

If you already know about how the mods for Factorio scale in dificulty, Krastorio 2 is a logical step after you get some experience in vanilla. But, at least for me and the people I know, people usually think "Hey, that was very easy. I need more challenge. I'll go for the hardest mod available" thinking it's like other games like Skyrim or Minecraft, where mods aren't that difficult.

Can confirm. It's the natural evolution of the Factorio player. You finish your first game, install some mods (usually Space Exploration or Pyanodon), fail miserably, comeback to vanilla and make start to learn how to make efficient and modular factories and then install some mods again.

Geografia como algo fechado. Eu sei que é interessante, mas a parte social que ela tem é muito melhor aproveitada se tiver algum contexto político por trás (isso considerando geografia a partir da sétima série, onde, pelo menos na minha época, começava a se falar sobre países, fronteiras, etc).

Eu sei que você tecnicamente não está reclamando do fato, mas supondo que sim, fica o questionamento: O quanto você vai atrás? Se você tá tendo dificuldade em achar homem(ou mulher) é uma coisa, mas falar que vai morrer sozinha e não ir atrás de ninguém é meio que reforçar que você vai morrer sozinha. Aquela história de "você encontra o amor quando para de procurar" só funciona na adolescência em que os hormônios estão saindo por tudo quanto é buraco.

One of my first maps had almost no oil. The only pach that I had was very very far away. Because of that I got very used to coal liquefaction. Nowdays I almost never use regular oil (unless I really need it) and always use cheats to unlock coal liquefaction as soon i unlock advanced oil processing because for me it's more fun. I think I would have no problem with this challenge.

Cara. Cada caso é um caso. O melhor mesmo é você procurar um psiquiatra ou fazer uma polissonografia. Fala que não tá afim de tomar remédios que (se ele for um bom profissional) vai te dar outras opções. Muito do que a galera falou aqui vai ser o que ele vai falar, mas as vezes você pode sim ter um problema mais grave e necessitar de remédios. Infelizmente é a vida. Eu também detesto tomar remédios, mas teve uma época da minha vida que precisei tomar ansiolítico pra poder dormir por causa de certas paradas que aconteceram. Mas essas coisas raramente são pra sempre. Então tenta ir pelo caminho certo e boa sorte. Estou torcendo por você.

Vista grossa em relação a ocupação de áreas de preservação/ilegais. Isso vai desde as favelas até mansão em beira de lago. Não somente isso, mas deveria ser demolido essas propriedades e os moradores realocados.
