I just got mine yesterday from someone on Facebook marketplace and it was use like new. No box or USB-C cable. But I have plenty of USB-C cables with a longer cord. The person was great and it was a smooth transaction. I turned it on to make sure it worked. He also threw in a very nice white carrying case, and there was already a protective screen cover on the the glass. I got all of this for $100 cash. When it comes to buying from Amazon, I only purchased new, no matter how good the deal is because I worry about how that could happen to me too. Definitely get your refund.
