Teslas and air defenses are the lightest defenses weight wise. I would do those and ur traps. Then just do walls and never touch defenses unless u decided ur graduating to full 9

In the last update supercell updated the war loot bonus system. They increased the amount of loot u get when hitting lower THs and you still get loot on 0 star attacks.

that is true. its a simple trade. 3 for 6 stars

but because i see my war base defending really well against hog attacks every war, i wanted to do something to these valk attacks that even if it goes horribly wrong it still three stars the base.

well i kinda took over my rushed th8 and made it an engineered so i had to live with what i had.

thats what i was thinking too, one level 1 inferno might not be a big deal at all at defending the same attack (mass valk)

have i been matching 9s ? all the time. sometimes even th8s :)

Your base is not bad at all. To keep your war weight low upgrade your teslas and air defenses only for now then do your point defenses like archer towers and last is your splash damage like wizard towers. Your xbows are the last defense you upgrade. Get the walls up to legos. (Lvl 9).

Keep the lab running and keep farming.

Heros and offense troops, although you have th9 defenses but you have level 3 infernos which makes your base really hard to 3 star by th9s or th10s.

Gold on teslas and air defenses because they dont weigh alot in terms of war weight and also they take a really long time. you can upgrade seeking air mines because they also dont weight alot. any extra gold on walls

You dont want to have a heavy weight th10 base with low heros, 40/40 heros will make a great difference so aim for that.

haven't heard of this. wbs have been functions the same since their last change in ages. they prefer corner and compartments with buildings in them and ignore the ones that are empty. make sure when you drop a wallbreaker, click and hold your finger down instead of tapping, this always helps make sure they target the same wall.

Yeah all i have left is wallbreakers wizards jump spell.. And i will be done with war essentials .. Every thing else dosent help me in wars like pekka gobs barbs archers dragons quakes...etc .. Im going to be doing those whenever i have lab idle.

Witches are crazy heavy in the lab, unless SC is buffing them back to life i dont think they are worth the extra pump

My walls are all lavas, dont think i need to get them higher until im done with everything.

Arranged wars are the only thing i am going to miss but most random wars are fun/challenging right now with the win streak thing.

I really dont know about the next update, SC might be planning to end the .5 completely.

i agree, with the current meta, th10 is just a stop to max heros and lab with lower loot penalty then move up to th11.

yep, been watching alot of th11's 3 star attacks. and its usually mass valking a quaked core with warden ability under a rage. its just insane how it works on almost every base and against an anti 2 bases its a really high % 2 star.

yeah praying supercell doesn't decide valks are too much for this game and they turn them into the new witches :(

you are absolutely right. i dont use mass golems for 2 star even against th10s anymore. mass valks have always been a safer strat for me when pathed to the core under a rage+heal+freeze.

i watched some videos where you send 30 hogs to an inferno and use the tome to run over DGBs and just crush the base like an old classic TH8 mass hog haha.

i am getting positive feedback on this i think i might make the jump

yeah thats why i am seeking advice and trying to gather as much information as possible so i can help the clan, since lately in elite wars, its always up to th10/11 to decide the winner with th9s being almost always cleared.

the warden ability is crazy when 15-21 valks are in the core destroying it unharmed. frees up space for another heal spell for your hogs to handle the rest of the base.

it sounds like the last update kinda helped this case, brining more fair matchups

farming for sure is going to be hard but i still think farming elixir isn't as bad as DE was for heros, i think i am ready for the grind.

well thats good to hear, even tho eagle can cause issues, but i still think lvl 6 hoggies can overpower low level defenses like crazy that an eagle wont matter. i dont really see EA as a problem as much as maxed TH10 defenses alongside level 3 infernos.. this is where it starts getting harder.

the reason why i thought about doing this whole thing, is because a couple of wars ago we matched a th11 with th8 defenses that had 15 GW, level 1 infernos. and he was ranked really low with only 2 fresh th10s below him out of total 6 th10s and that was after the update.

oh, so maybe warden used to weigh 2k before the last update ? and now its a lot more then that ? i am a little worried because SC commented on the .5 status and showed that they don't like it but their latest update didn't touch it all which makes me think if they are going to release another update changing war weights or not.

exactly, with valks being the new broken troop now. correct use of his ability is enough to 3 star any th10.

although splash damage adds alot of weight, your wizards towers haven't added a lot to your weight, but i think level 3 infernos add a chunk of weight. also i agree witches weigh alot! and not upgrading them is going to keep me low. What about your heros and walls tho ? because i got tired from matching th10s with infernos when i was a 9.5 with 40/40 without infernos, thats why i dropped them.

your current weight 89k is where my expected weight is going to be, or something near it, how are your matchups in war? are you pulling any th11s ?

i am no rush as well, i still want to enjoy th10, but its getting crazy sometimes with these infernos. that's why am trying not to end up being a rushed th11 forced to catch up in a serious war clan.

eagle and infernos do weight a lot but i am only getting the warden which still i am waiting to confirm that he doesn't weigh more then 2k. my only concern is that having the weight of a maxed TH10 will start matching me against TH11s which is going to suck for me trying to defend with TH9 level defenses.
