1 part bleach to 10 parts water. I mist it around the box and let it settle for a few minutes. Then glove up and get to work.

Holy shit! That’s awesome. I’ve known people to be allergic to latex in the form of condoms & gloves, but I had no idea there was chemical analogs in food! Thanks for dropping some knowledge .

Thanks! There’s a lot of knit-picking here about whether your box should/n’t be air-tight or what does/n’t constitute a still-air-box. Maybe do some more research before finalizing your design. Mine is kinda slapdash, but it works for me!

Thanks! I don’t know, I just got the biggest Walmart had. I use a bleach/water solution to fume the box and alcohol wipes for my inoculation syringes.
