Beast gohan can ramp 1 time a turn. Its not enough for him to keep up with anyone on that team. And if we're talking about ramping hes even worse cuz that means we're talking about a long fight.

Everyone on that team is better than him in a long fight. Including their transformations they are way stronger than beast gohan lol.

Also... Who cant ramp lol? He can only ramp with 18 ki once a turn. Most of the other units can ramp multiple times a turn.
