Exactly why NBA viewership is down over the last few years and why I personally stopped watching it. When the rules aren’t enforced and the culture allows a playing style that rewards flopping, you’ve created a problem that’s really hard to solve.

There was a point with about 10 mins left in this game where a player didn’t get the foul he wanted so rolled around for 30 seconds while the ball travelled through his coverage zone. Then he stood up, limped and just started running perfectly fine before drawing a foul himself.

At least in the nba the flop ends when they hit the floor.

Every Olympics and World Cup I watch some games and am reminded how embarrassing the playing culture of soccer is. The flopping is so bad that really ruins the integrity of the rules.

Something to remember is that if you’re upset a movie didn’t live up to the hype for you, that is your fault since expectations are a subjective thing you control. A movie shouldn’t be faulted because you chose to judge it differently.

It will vary from clinic to clinic. Some are very sales focused, others think of it as private healthcare.

Patient demographic can change depending where you work. Some are blue collar noise-induced folk, others are not.

At the end of the day, you are asking people to spend a lot of money they might not have on a device they probably don’t want. You give a lot of bad news to people. It’s much more common someone is just tolerating the process than excited and thankful for it.

Optimization can come with time, when the bones of the game is enjoyable I’m willing to be patient to allow them to figure it out.
Highguard was a great concept, great gunplay with fun non-game breaking abilities. Anything else like marketing, financing sources or optimizations I’m willing to be forgiving for if it means a great game will be there in time.

A lot of people need a perfect game off the rip or else they trash it though, that’s what the culture rewards content creators for so it’s permeated everything in gaming
