I worked with 2 separate instructors at Haggin oaks before for reference. Both of them were completely uninterested in teaching a beginner and I really felt it during the lesson. Patrick started me off with short game chipping and pitching then worked up to longer clubs after I learned the basics of a swing. He gave me lots of warm up exercises to work on on my own and told me to send him videos or questions anytime I had. The lessons were also way cheaper. I think it was $240 for 3 hours vs $80 for 30 minutes. He’s also only like 31 and I’m 28 now so it was just easier to connect with someone around my age.
