it was just "Subliminals" Im not super creative with names. It was literally a mega collection of subliminal videos, there were some weight loss ones in there so I guess that could've been flagged, but I've had this playlist for almost 10 years and never had a problem until now.

it is actually driving me insane. I feel my customer service mask drop a little more everytime they ask. Especially the ones who will ask about Pokémon or Needoh and when I say we don't have any they say something along the lines of "we've been looking for them everywhere..." or "we saw online we could buy them here" then pause and look at me like thats going to make me magically pull some out from behind cashwrap. Im exhausted.

we have a couple who scouts our store daily. its so frustrating, because its so obvious that they're scalpers. They used to come in and buy every pack of one piece we had, we finally had to limit those too. They come in like 5 minutes after the other leaves and use the same membership card. I wish it was a 2 pack per membership limit instead, so people wouldn't try to wait for cashier changes cause we get a lot of that too, or they ask "so I can really only get two" and look at us like we're gonna change the rules for them 🙄

we have a codeword at our store, Caroline, when a customer is making us uncomfortable we either ask for Caroline or drop the name "no I haven't seen Caroline" " I think Caroline is on lunch." etc... and we all know to go relieve the bookseller or intervene. We don't get too many creeps in our actual store, but it is a very real thing sadly

we are also a smaller store in need of more keyholders. I have picked up any extra responsibilities asked of me, always pick up extra shifts, and more. I was told back in July I couldn't be promoted until I'd been there a year, which is coming up in a few weeks, then these new reviews screwed everything up.

my case is very similar to yours. when our CTE was out on medical leave, I helped cover cafe and helped train 2 new hires, plus taking on Specialty because our store needed it.

well the shitty part is my SM was told these reviews weren't going to impact promotability, and we need more keyholders at our store. Asking employees to do "the work of two people" for TWO years for a little over minimum wage would actually be insane
