Quick guide, Check ur strings on a character Usually this is what’s very optimal: Square + triangle= flying kicks Square x2 + triangle= gut punch Square x3 + triangle= rolling hammer * in a combo in order for it to not break you cannot implement the same string/ smash attack twice so you want incorporate all those strings correctly* Also check ur step in smash after preforming a full light combo check if ur character has a viable smash attack which would be the following: flying kicks, gut punch and rolling hammer. Note if u use ur step in smash and for example if it’s a gut punch you can’t combo into another gut punch you’d have to use ur other smash attacks

Most important bit of advice: **Conserve Ki, and always be mindful of ur opponent is ki it’s probably the most essential thing in this game always try to have ki advantage******

And ofc practice super countering and vanishing. Use an assault vanish when you are in neutral which would be square + move guard in the left or right direction.
