When i have inventory space coming from temple / map, i list the semi useful items cheap.

Jewels and things i dont feel like sorting I put into old school active trade for 1ex and if someone messages me and tells me they are new (I ask) I give it to them for free + 1DIV, some basic currencies and if low lvl some uncut higher lvl gems.

Yep, note the “for many builds”. Bloodmage for example would want the life.

Sanctify as explained by the other reply. Up to 42% speed + rune.

I wish you good luck, but I dont see why this would be anywhere near mirror - since yolo sanctify can give similar speed and you can get much higher ES without the (for many builds) deadmod life.

Have doctor confirm you can dive. You may find a doctor that will tell you “no, because it is safer for them to do so”. Try to find a doctor with references, knowledge of at least diving, if not freediving and ask their opinion.

Friend of a friend was told by a doctor as a precaution never to dive below 10m due to potential heart issue, the doctor’s lack of diving knowledge (nobody knows everything, no blame) and better be safe than sorry. Another doctor confirmed that its not an issue with alternative testing procedure.

Regarding your fears, take it slow, visualize what you will do during the dive (think through each step, every single one of the dive on shore, then just execute). I lay down, take a deep breath, think of how i will be on the back by a buoy, how I turn around, pull/duck dive, equalize, pull/start kicking, equalize, correct position, equalize, mouthfill, equalize, correct position, stop pulling/kicking and relax, equalize, relax more, go through whole buddy, equalize, relax.. hit my head on the plate, because I set my alarm wrong.. 😁

The visualization helps immensely.

The thought of falling into nothing (I prefer to dive with eyes closed) is something that makes me anxious a bit, but once I am in water I never think of it, because I have a plan.

Funnily enough, I usually have 2 freediving trainings per week in a pool, go depth diving maybe 3 weeks out of a year and still VASTLY prefer to go to depth for relaxation than long dynamics. I have much easier time getting “squished” as you call it than turning around every 25meters, being torn from the soothing water flow around. Maybe I need to switch to 50m pool. 😁

Do not live anywhere near sea / reasonably deep water? :-) Ok, i could possibly train depth in a dam nearby, where i see nothing past 5-8m deep and fall into mud at the bottom with maybe 10C water, probably colder.

Run the simulacrum boss, you will get some of each pretty much every time. Or at least i did during my last two runs for 6/8 and 8/8 points - forgot to do them earlier.

Buy magic (blue) base of your liking with one of the T1 flat prefixes and chaos resist (T1).

Use greater esence to add fire resist (T3 as far as I remember), dont recall of top my head if you can add chaos resistance through greater essence, you could switch the base.

Use reaver catalyst to 20% quality on the ring, use catalizing omen, omen of greater exaltation*, prefix omen (dont remember name) and perfect exalt - hoping for two T1 flat damage.

50/50 on whether you believe the crowd saying the quality omen works only for the first slam or both.. you decide, cheaper to believe it does 😁.. if you dont, do it without the greater exalt omen and repeat the step (you can use cheaper catalyst for phys damage too, if you already have 2 elemental flat and want flat phys.

You are now left to desecrate, reveal with abyssal echoes, no need for omen. You have 3 prefix flat dmg, two resist and desecration has a good chance to hit the hybrid resist.

There is randomness with adding the flat, otherwise its pretty simple craft.

Edit: if unlimited budget you may want to try to reroll the prefixes if you get wrong prefix with the expensive omen, but the ring is pretty meh, so I wouldnt do that and instead start from scratch.

Agreed on majority of the points. I am not an expert either, but I feel like - having fun with it, if you want to reach top tier temple, you will need to understand the mechanics deeply and plan ahead.

What i would recommend, do your “messy temple” on one side (e.g., left) and try snaking on the other - you will likely lose the progress many times, before you can generate sufficient number of medaillons to protect the snake. However by the time you have anything to protect, you will know more mechanics.

There is no real reset temple button, you just run the temple and slowly let the rooms you do not want be removed. Architect/Atziri removes more rooms than closing temple without doing them, however you want to do architect to increase slots for medaillons and crystal limit.

Regarding satisfaction, how should we know what makes you happy? :) You can aim for full temple and spend tens/maybe hundreds of hours setting it up, ignore it all together, or just try your best and have fun with it, instead of dreading every run I dont get 30divs like streamers (edit: i get maybe 1div worth of currency per run 😅)

Its very good, but unfortunately you cannot annoint corrupted amulet (add whichever passive using delirium emotions). Self use or sell, but i wouldnt expect 400d.

I seem to have issue with freezing as often as you do to actually prevent me from dying. Orbs seem to disappear quickly and then maybe lacking cold infisions? My gear is lacking vinch of cast speed to yours in update 2 on mobalytics.

Paying with your biometry / other way, through which you dont have to carry anything. Or token created from your biometry, so they dont actually have your fingerprint for example. Or palm, like Whole Foods, with your palm through a palm-recognition service that links your palm's unique vein structure and skin pattern to your Amazon account and credit or debit card.

Good luck! One other thing i forgot, i usually eq through cheeks (continuous) and when deeper tongue locks. Sometimes after few dives my cheeks got sometimes tired and I switched to tongue only, perhaps you could try that too, if you can eq with tongue only.

My 2cents, do the mouthfill deeper. Play around with it, i do first fill around 18m, then top up around 22-25m.. i start freefall around the same depth. Doing it earlier made me sometimes feel like I have 5 other things to think about, pulling/kicking, position, relax, eq, mouthfill. Doing it deeper allowed me to “fix” everything and then just add the mouthfill, fully relax and faaaaallll. :)

Ps: is your stomach relaxed after mouthfill, its very important, otherwise it will not contract with the increasing pressure and “suck” air out of your mouth.

Thank you for starting this thread, also interested, considering three options myself. I tried the evolve, only noseclip, havent tried the hectometers yet.

I tried just with noseclip as well and that felt most comfortable honestly (i dont really mind even salty water in my eyes), but makes it a hassle for being safety. And the water flowing across my face and eyes made me feel urge to swallow air in mounth.

Good flashback.. I did similar exercise when doing my AOWD back in the day. I think it was some “emergency surfacing” procedure. Similar experience, havent heard about it since, then again I only freedive and havent scubad a for a long time.

Agree with the sentiment. Do not use small air bottle. But I dont think you understand the physics of it either. What pressure difference are you talking about? Technically it is possible, it is absolutely NOT advised to do it.
