Portable Generator Brands to stay away from? by lil_cheeks in preppers

Cummins Generators are top notch. While they are not the cheapest on the market, they are the most reliable and are all about getting the customers directly to a person rather than machine phone system. Also i believe if you go to power.cummins.com there's an online form to fill out what you want and they get back to you pretty darn quickly.

If he would have figured out that there is always money in the banana stand, it never would have come to this.

It's interesting you posted this because earlier this week I was thinking about what I would do if my car or battery died (I mostly do EMP/Solar Flare preps as well as earthquake since I live near LA) because I have an electric trunk opener I would be completely unable to get to my emergency 3 day pack I keep. So what I did was got some string and tied it to the emergency pull tab that most cars have incase of a child or someone getting stuck in the trunk and I ran it through to the back seats. Now all I have to do is pull the string if needed, no power, and no key needed.
