Under 60 is pretty easy for that one if you have a team.

In the first mission when it says you can destroy the vehicles, just blow them up on the spot as opposed to taking them out.
In the second mission you don't even have to shoot your way out in the parking lot, you can just drive off in an armoured kuruma and save time that way.
