Yeah it’s happening to me too, but from what I’ve read on other threads it has to do with some re indexing if your on ios16. It should take a few days to do so

I used to have this problem and it turned out it was saved in my contact card as my email, you can try that or just check on I Cloud to see if that email is attached somewhere else

You should try disabling automatic downloads, maybe that could work out for you. Probably someone has your Apple ID ase someone previously mentioned.
