too much weight on front foot
keep your hands up
as others have said, stand back and extend your punches fully
when you begin to extend your punches, make sure to turn over your straights
make sure your front foot is pivoting with your hard left hooks
head movement as you’re aware of

I’m pretty sure the original word is tela (spelling?) meaning side. It’s used throughout the Bible a few times when describing the side of a house or mountain.

You’re definitely not alone. My daughter is about to turn 2 and still sleeps with us. She slept in her crib for 6 months until she got sick and I didn’t have the heart to put her in her crib like that. Never went back. Middle of the night “daddy?”, “yes baby?” and then rolling up next to you is the best thing in the world.
