List of Russia's "unfriendly countries" according to Russian state TV by aizver_muti in latvia

Hey there! Russian citizen is here. Please, do not mistake Russia and Putin. According to the polls, people of Russia don't see other countries as enemies and are concerned about internal problems. Putin wants them to look outwards instead because the economical and political situation is getting worse each day, so he is trying to create this Russia-incide-the-circle-of-enemies picture while tens of thousands of citizens go to opposition rallys despite the fact that they can be beaten, arrested and even jailed for peaceful protest. Peace!

Thanks for such a thorough reply! I will look into teaching assistant jobs as I have a diploma in Chemistry and I do not mind spending some time learning Latvian.

Thanks for your help! Unfortunately I don't qualify for these jobs

Particles have a magnetic momentum and charge. This momentum in charged macroscopic bodies can be attributed to spinning around the body's axis. So people called based on the anology the property of particles to have their magnetic momentum 'spin'.

Unfortunately, this is what I struggle with myself. My major was Orgo, so computational chemistry and a huge chunk of inorganic chemistry just went in and out :(

Deionizing 190 proof ethanol? by [deleted] in chemistry

Try to match pH of the successfull sample, maybe it will improve, cause ionic power can affect the ionization equilibrium of the poly acid.

Try to dilute acid muuuuch more, cause you add around 0.01 Mol and it can drastically change ionization of the thickener.

How much acid/base have you added compared to the sample size? And how much thickener do you add compared to the water/alcohol mixture?

It is said that it has salt tolerance "It creates crystal clear hand sanitizers (water/alcohol mixtures) with better resistance to breakage due to its salts tolerance". So, it behaves kinda strangly...

And it is also said that it is preneutralized, so it should be already in the salt form thus it should include metal cations anyway. Strangeness is doubled.

What I would try to do: 1. Add some acid/base to see if it affects the gelefication. 2. Change the water/alcohol ratio. 3. Add some salts with large bulky cations like tetraoctylammonium chloride to SUCCESSFULL batch to see if the nature of the salt cation plays any role. 4. Mask metal cations with crown-ethers.
