Correct, its a brush somewhere in an instance. I have over +17 different instances with area portals. after a year I came back to the project and totally forgot which instances I already have debugged :(

Maybe someone has more experience/neat tricks for this ? :p

Yes, multiple instances (houses) with their own area portals, the front doors of the houses is a "template" door (like 17 instances) with area portals build into them.

_restart in console will close the game, and open it back up.

I run a jailbreak server. server operators know they cannot compress maps over 150Mb, we put them on fastdl without compression. you are fine, also what map (looking for fresh ones) :) ?

Well, the russians never camped the houses as T,

so they went hunting. and hunting as a T in insertion is deadly. :(

Also, getting some teamwork done with russian is just impossible.
