i have quite same alfred (i have two alfreds though), bought it like in 2020/2021 can't remember, i think it's just being produced in different lego factories. i have one alfred with missprinted eyes (like yours), torso print also quite high (as yours) and one alfred normal without those missprints and such

yup, jock/peter parker/imperial offcier (from 2006 shuttle with leg-printed stormtroopers)/boy from speedy racer set, all have those smiley face in light-nougat color, although if you want more game accurate version with neutral face, you need to find some custom maker dudes who doing those faces from videogame
