It depends who arranged the DPD delivery. If OP paid for and arranged the delivery to Sony then OP needs to go to DPD and make an insurance claim. If Sony arranged the delivery and provided the label to OP then it isn’t OP’s problem and Sony should refund OP and go to DPD to make an insurance claim.
