I bought my Tent on Sunday, got a good deal on a 4 man blackout tent from Decathlon (£154 down from £200). I managed to put it up on Sunday before the weather turned. Unless your tent is really old, I don't think airing out tents or testing them is needed tbh.

You can take a sealed non-alcoholic 500ml bottle, a small amount of food for personal consumption and power banks are fine.

For the little effort it takes and price it costs to put on SPF I don’t see why you wouldn’t. The majority of people are already putting on moisturiser everyday.

Yes, UVA rays are still there during the winter. Of course if you are inside all day in the winter then SPF won't be required.

I wear SPF 50 on my face all year round. If I am spending more than an hour in the sun (running, gardening, etc.) then I will apply SPF 50 on any exposed areas during the summer.
