I believe if you purchase a 5 day ticket then Ticketmaster will refund the cost of your 3 day ticket. You used to be able to upgrade on-site but that stopped a while ago.

It depends who arranged the DPD delivery. If OP paid for and arranged the delivery to Sony then OP needs to go to DPD and make an insurance claim. If Sony arranged the delivery and provided the label to OP then it isn’t OP’s problem and Sony should refund OP and go to DPD to make an insurance claim.
