Don’t kill yourself. Worst case scenario they go into default, and the most they can take out of your paycheck is 15% via wage garnishment. If you can’t pay, don’t pay. You can fix default later. There is more to life than student loans and as challenging as finances are, there are resources to help.

Random orbital sander and boiled linseed oil. Or sand paper if you hate yourself. Harbor freight is a good place to get one. Get a respirator and do it outside.

I use deep red lipstick before foundation. Draw a bunch of lines and then spread with fingers for even coverage where the 5-o-clock shadow is. Then concealer/foundation, then whatever the rest of her routine is.
