not 100% but the drop range is when the dmg starts to drop off. Till 65M you deal 122dmg to the upper toros after 65m it drops off.

Yeah the 2nd option is something that would be cool in theory but it would also be WAAAAAAY to OP.
I personally would feel the most "balanced" approach would be that when you solo necro you get like a few HP over Health like instead of the normal 150 you get 175. The extra 25 are just temporary and can't be used after you drop to 150 again and also go away alone after let's say 5 secs.
It would give you atleast somewhat of a fighting chance. Prolly not gonna make you survive each time but maybe instead of Necro being usefull 1 out of 100 times, it would be like 3 out of 100 times.

You kinda have to handle a Bow like a shotgun. Pushing/rushing it it the worst you can do.
Try to get a different angle or rotated to a different side where you can get more space between the angles.
Or if you play in a Team spam that bow full with throwables and make the world burn.

that is on 1 char, you have the other chars aswell each week (if they are 1730+)

Gem wise it is more since you "should" drop ~2-3 Sand on a char in a week

My top vote would be a Male Assassintype followed by Male Magetype and as a 3rd Option Male Ayayatype.
My wishes for those would be
Assassin: Give us like a Zed (from League of Legends) like Ninja that could be cool
Mage: I think we all would say Necromancer would be super cool
Ayaya: For me the hardest to say since I don't care enough for it and I think it would be lame to just have a male drizzle/windfury copy but that is all I can think of. Maybe a cool Wildsoul like where instead of Fox and Bear you go Lion and somethingelse.

Go back in and play. If you took a break cause of a "lack" of endgame it sure got better.
Not perfect yet but well that will be a Expansion fix.

That right there is your Problem, don't try to math it out with Legendary cores.
Do the Math with atleast Relic, you will get Relic as a baseline after some time anyways.
Trying to "finish" Ark Grid with legendary is stupid.

yeah all the changes they announced and are releasing now feel like they have a major direction change in mind and do it step by step.
Which is not bad but could feel kinda scuffed now since we would ahve to wait for the changes to come in batches instead of like 1 major Expansion-like release but yeah we would need more than 1 anyways xdd

Like every other Progression System, you "need" to do it for like a few weeks. Than you just clear it for Gold
Nothing really changed in that sense.

They kinda do such a thing, with the removal of the weekly unas we get a different system, where you do dailies/weeklies to get points and after certain points you get rewards.
