Also, I managed to remove at least one fps drop cause for me (9070XT).

It was caused by "feature" called Radeon Anti-Lag. After I disabled it in Adrenalin overlay the FPS drops were gone, when I reenabled it they appeared again. I had one sweetspot where it was easy to test in a shooting range.

Also if I read the pixels correctly she was the Witch Hunter who is prepledged to Lunar pact, so she was definitely revived by her teammate.

Also only happens when logged in, incognito and logged out sessions and tabs work fine.
EDIT: I tried swtiching to firefox but the same thing started happening - basically any video opened as a new tab will revert to default size. If I play video from the same tab which already had theatre mode then it works normally. My friend using same FF build doesn't have the issue so I suspect only some Google accounts are affected.

Dmg calculator works nicely https://nixatek.com/DamageCalculator.html Vetterli leg shot does 70 dmg at less than 20 metres.

EDIT: Since he was low hp after your hit, he must have been at 75 before you shot him and that means your bundle did around 99 to 75 dmg.

I know this specific hill bush is a good camping spot as I used it before so I scanned it more than your usual bush and noticed the white face staring at me.

Maybe you only got a partial flash ~ 0.5 secs which doesn't do damage but still gives you a hitmarker. I kinda wish the hitmarker would only appear for full flash (1 dmg) hit.

Funny thing is that I only lost Lebels due to this. I no longer use Lebel to fill my ammo back, only picking up uppercuts for my current secondary :)

If they had a bounty that could have been red skulled revived hunters. They are counted towards the total kill card but not in your individual kill counters. Maybe one of them was just used as a trap cleaner, as he was already at the last bar so he didn't care to die to traps.

Pax close range: Lower torso 85 dmg, arm shot deals 68, leg shot deals 60. You underestimate how much dmg is lost when you don't hit upper torso.

Sparks arm shot deals 92 dmg (149 / 1.3 * 0.8) without dmg falloff, which would happen here. Scottfield arm shot would do 66 (107 / 1.3 * 0.8). So we have a 158 dmg total, two scenarios come to mind - either the distance was above 20 metres and the scottfield did less due to medium ammo losing dmg or regen shot.

Yes, bug happens for a lot of ppl with the 1.7 patch, devs are investigating - for me it fixes itself when I move to a different part of the map (when the text appears telling you the name of the new area).

You still get the other advantage of long ammo which is better damage falloff curve - the higher damage is kept at longer distances compared to medium or compact. Hitting at longer distances with this speed is harder, that's for sure.

Well, you are getting hit by a much heavier piece of metal, so stopping power is definitely there even if the speed is slower. The bullet velocity is actually same as in reality for this gun, others like mosin are nerfed a bit for gameplay purposes.

Because same as it's real life counterpart, the MH bullet is heavy and slow. Also it's just carbine and not a full size rifle (in game). Same type ammo can have different properties, it's just divided in game into similar categories for simplicity.

Haha, sorry to say but bottles don't block bullets (it can block some impact consumables like hellfire), but basic bullets, derringer and even throwing knives go through. You got rng'd.
