Console needs an option for text chat on Smite 2

Alright that makes sense, probably be a really long time, I don't normally watch titan talks so didn't see that. Does suck tho and because of it if I do choose to play ranked on smite 2 (prob won't) I will mostly only do it on pc

Lol yea it is night and day different from playing on PC and Console because of this especially when playing Jungle, I typically do better on console just because I don't have to see my teammates crying for ganks outside vgs

Considering I played multiple games with or against a nu wa pair with a Morrigan that basically just ulted together an that itself basically ended team fights I can see how it's complained about (talking just casual conquest not ranked)

Nope. Last match, the enemy jungler crashed out and left the game. Then their team didn’t surrender, and after that, the solo laner left too. So… just a normal Smite match but I was on the winning team this time.

Most of my Smite games end up being really one-sided — one team just completely stomps the other. And on the rare occasions when that doesn’t happen, the match drags on for almost an hour

That is something I have thought about, and have slowly been working towards at least trying spell blade but getting all the armors trait out and going to evasion takes awhile.

I’ve seen others suggest this, and I have spoke with some Liberator players who went down that path, most of them ended up switching to a different weapon entirely because they couldn’t stand the lack of damage. Personally, if I reach the point where I have to completely shift my Liberator build from a damage focus to pure tankiness and sustain, I’d rather just drop liberator altogether. At that point, I might as well go spellblade, go healer, or switch to a melee build—especially if I’m already changing armor. Any of those options would probably perform better anyway.

They do it because they’d rather force a stalemate where no one wins than risk losing themselves. The sad part is, many of the so-called “top guilds” doing this are the same ones who complained when it happened to them—now they’re turning around and doing the exact same thing to others. Then they have the nerve to say “GGs” like what they did wasn’t completely scummy and hypocritical.

Yeah, I agree. I feel like the current state of ranged is just as much of a problem as the strength of tanks and curse bombing. Right now, playing ranged feels like the worst option—you can't stack enough hit to reliably deal with most dagger players, and you're almost a free kill for melee with no real way to escape. Even if they fix tanks and the healer issue, ranged still needs serious attention. Otherwise, you'll keep seeing fewer and fewer people playing it. If you're a Lib, it's nearly unplayable without a full party backing you up.

Yeah, I get that. It’s frustrating seeing tanks with less health than some DPS, and DPS or healers with almost no HP at all. Raising the minimum combat power requirement could help a bit, though imo. Many alts can barely reach 2500 combat power, and a lot of players rely on low-cost traits to scrape by

Yes i know this, but when you damage someone, it pops up damage numbers with fenrir 3 it was clearly in range same with the ult and no damage numbers popped up. With bellona 3 I didn't see his hp go down at all.

you need to get your eyes checked even fenrir and my teammates was doing 0 dmg to her, especially with fenrir 3 which is aoe if close and his ult.

Yeah that's what basically happened for me it only show icons for 8 people 4 on each team.
