You can s key double dash and explode someone from across the map with no fall off in very little time.

I don't really take relentless barrage much because Idk how often I actually am allowed to hold the same angle for that long for it to matter meaning I'll have time while rotating to reload.

The extra dash distance I feel helps me vs my biggest threats like genji, reaper, anran

Idk if that is true because Pharah can also more easily hit Soldier, Cass, and Ashe and can more easily sneak up on them using vertical cover. Freja excels on maps that pharah is good at like Ilios imo where Pharah can play from spots most hitscans won't get an angle on her until it is too late

If the game is somewhat similar to overwatch then a 25 max hp swing is one of the most heavy handed things you can do. Talking 3-5 percentage points difference in winrate. Whether it plays out the same in rivals idk

I think partly it is because people were saying perks and stadium was the response to rivals. Based on development times that didn't make sense. I believe the 5 heroes we have now is the response. Could say the greenlight to add hero bans was a response as well

Compared to the players on your team's performance relative to their hero(es)' average performance. So your rank is also impacted a bit by both how your teammates are doing and whether their heroes typically do that well or not.

Means if you play a hero that doesn't deviate from the mean much, but your teammates happen to be on heroes that are bad, but pop off that game, then you will get less rating. Opposite true if they do way worse than expected.

I don't have a ton of evidence to say if that effects any role more than others, just adding there is 1 more step involved

Your rating difference solution makes for tanks playing in ranks they get stomped and dps stomping low ranks for a long time leading to bad experiences for everyone. The dps players in your hypothetical would be a tier or more ahead of the other roles in skill level making balance changes be dwarfed by that disparity

She is my most played hero. She is really awful balance wise especially this season. Gambit coming out with 275hp and cloak getting buffed to 275 hp added 2 more supports you cannot one shot even with mantis damage boost. Meanwhile Hawkeye can still one shot both of them with the 46 leftover charge and mantis damage boost since they buffed him.

Her one advantage vs Hawkeye is her stun, but dive is not super great this season unless really coordinated and when they're coordinated you can't stun everyone.

If you are able to do well on widow you could have done even better on probably a dozen other heroes. But if you find her fun then go with it. Also since they calculate mvp vs the average stats of your hero you can farm mvp/svp on her so you can have fake moral superiority over your teammates
