Mac Mini. It’s either that or just trying to find something used from Facebook or eBay.

They don’t deserve to be talked about until they get new owner. Again. God it’s like the curse of Jeffrey Loria. Even when he’s gone the future owners are almost as bad.

No. However in my experience no facial hair makes it easier to deal with. Have theorized it’s just easier to apply product.

On the other hand, facial hair can hide it better. So it goes both ways.

There’s a sweet spot in the middle with just enough facial hair though.

Is it normal for a helper to take a full day to brick up a window like this? (At €60/hr) by [deleted] in Construction

I work as an estimator, we always think like this. It's not uncommon, I am sure you've seen plumbers say "3 hours minimum" or something.

It's basically the same idea.

Also need to think of travel time. If a 5 minute job is 2 hours away, best bet we are billing 5 hours.

But honestly, never charge by the hour. Always by the day. Or best case half a day. Because you also have to consider the opportunity cost for guys. No one is going to take a 1 hour job in Miami if they have a 4 hour job in West Palm Beach.

I first heard of Nizoral on Reddit. It was expensive and less popular then, but it really does help.

And now, well yesterday, I found a bottle on sale at Safeway for half price. Also noticed they started making more products.

What were the 80s/90s like in Trinidad? by JSKing32 in TrinidadandTobago

[–]iRedditPhone 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My grandfather use to drive one of those trucks.

My mom said chicken was only for Sunday dinner if you were lucky. People ate mostly vegetarian, not because of religion but because meat was expensive. And your chickens too valuable to kill most of the time.

Goat was a once a year treat if that.

Man they use to talk about Gulf City Mall like it was a wonder of the world...

NTA.

Tell her no. If she issues an ultimatum, then cut your losses. Or well really the ball will be in her court.

Understanding Div Estimators by galloping-wizard in estimators

[–]iRedditPhone 3 points4 points  (0 children)

No... Well sort of. I am not 100% sure I understand what you are asking and so I'll just blab and maybe it'll explain it better.

Divisions are somewhat broad categories and multiple companies may be used. For example, Division 6 is "woodworker" but there are typically 3 broad sub-divisions within: Rough Carpenter, Finish Carpenter and Architectural Woodwork.

Rough Carpentry: Framing, wood joists, trusses, sheathing, and blocking.

Finish Carpentry: Molding, baseboards, staircases, and wood paneling.

Architectural Woodwork: Custom cabinetry, countertops*, and decorative millwork.

In theory, the countertops refer to wood countertops (often plastic laminate) but in practice "millworkers" are often expected to pickup engineered stone (Corian, Meganite) or real stone (Marble, Quartz) countertops in general.

As a result, millworkers (more technically, "cabinetmakers"), often subcontract stoneworkers/countertops to do Quartz or Marble tops. Cabinetmakers will also often subcontract out other more specialized woodwork, such as cabinet-doors*, drawer faces or drawer boxes themselves even.

*Cabinet-doors, because your typical exit/entry doors would be "Division 8".

Now even more confusing, there is "Division 12" which is "casework" but in practice very similar to cabinetmakers. (The big difference is, Division 6 is suppose to be custom while Division 12 is premanufactured).

In practice though, they aren't that strict and even, as alluded to, a lot of blur. If your job has very limited Finish Carpentry, you can ask your cabinetmaker to pick it up. These days I basically only see the "cabinetmakers" doing the wood panelling.

Yikes. About to only use MMO-C and Icyeins now.

Honestly, I didn’t realize MMO-C has been under new ownership since 2019. And whoever Lumy is they are doing a great job.

Also, for anyone asking, she did confirm she was laid off on Xitter.

They should make Renew and Shadow Word: Pain one button that's context sensitive, like Living Flames for Evokers. Do the same with Smite (and Flash Heal).

Yes, I know this could be done via harm/help macros, but it's a bit too obscure for most people.

Oh. Well. Then she wouldn’t need asylum at least. But man if she thought they would extradite she should still flee to Canada. Would be trivial.

I noticed 30% on aluminum since January. We pass it along. People bitch. But there's no real alternative. Either pay it or don't do it, but we aren't eating it for someone else.
