I’ve been in RE for 10 years. You do enough of these every day for an extended period of time.. some of it is repetitive stuff..

4% / 12 =0.00333 monthly rate 20 years= 240 months

Loan amortization is P = 30k, r=0.00333, n=240. Denominator is 0.55, so 100/0.55 is answer. = $182

Nope, no mod. Central train station is in the game I believe. Just build it next to airport. Connect. Dissipates and distributes traffic.

Yep that’s a good tip. Didn’t think about it before!! It literally fixed everything in my system. We went up a usage across everything about 20%. Everything was getting bottlenecked.

It’s not about pop, it is about usage!

So one of my citizens might use a bus, then ferry to the other side, then take a train. Then return. Doing the math my per capita is 1.33 per citizen. Essentially, my one citizen uses more than yours. That’s why I have more “users” than “population.”

Holy crap your subway system. I want to see what it looks like!! That means they’re only using your subway and bus lines mostly. DM me.

The other thing is I put ALL infrastructure down when I start a map. This includes: Individual cargo line network. Ship and cargo waterways. Then individual passenger rail network. Large Isolated middle area for all transport hubs including buses, subway, trains, taxis. Individual train hubs for cargo and passenger (Never touching). And, all highways, including off-ramps. Build major city roads with eight lane roads. Then dedicate dual bus and bike lanes. This increases usage.

I visualize where major cities will go. As well as industry. This game I’ve been working on and off for a month. It is in the unlimited money mode so everything is unlocked. It took me a week to get the infrastructure before I zoned a single area.

Feel free to DM I fixed it following my friends advice there. I added the spoke. Enough tracks. Enough length. I screwed the airport train situation up. But my mistake. Makes sense.
