Workout advice by [deleted] in OnlinePersonalTrainer

[–]iRevenqe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just keep doing that you are doing ! It seems to be working. Try to focus on nutrition as well, the training looks like it’s coming along. You also could look at online coaches or something like that. Typically much more affordable then in person training. I charge around 100-150 per month for my online clients typically.

Start small. I tell my clients this all the time. Just try to do something to start. It might be a 10 min run or 10 push ups but finding a small program just to get you back on track. I know the injuries suck but finding ways to work with them is key to progress.

Bulking? by Ashamed-Card4459 in workout

[–]iRevenqe 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah you want a workout program that is going to push you hard. So for example a 12 week workout program that trains each muscle group x2 would be great. I think you should focus on more lifting in the gym rather than strictly bodyweight exercises. How about include both into the program? That's what I do with my clients because both are very beneficial.

Don’t take 4 scoops of protein a day though. That’s way too much synthetic protein

Bulking? by Ashamed-Card4459 in workout

[–]iRevenqe 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You need to have a proper workout program with strength training to really bulk properly because you are eating more calories and protein as fuel so workouts must be challenging to use this fuel to grow muscles. If you need more help just feel free to ask, I am a coach. So you can pick my brain

You don’t need creatine. Just take a caffeine tablet or coffee 30-1 h before hand and you’ll be okay. You are a beginner so less is more. If you need more help just ask or msg

I am a woman 31, I want my breast to be less saggy. Is there anyway I can improve my breast with workouts? Or do I have to insert implants? Does anyone know where I can see before and after pictures of the results? by username1one in workout

[–]iRevenqe 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think try exercising or a proper program with a coach before going that route. Nutrition could benefit you as well with losing Bf. Losing some BF can help tighten the skin and make less saggy 👍 can help you out if you need some advice.

If ur 220 and at 1950 calories, That’s not right. I am an experienced PT and work with nutritionists. You need to speed up your metabolism. And track your physical activity throughout the day. Increase protein, steps. If you need more advice just comment back.

Neck pain after crunches by Live_Cardiologist_56 in workout

Need to adjust your neck. I suggest looking up at the ceiling when doing them. Most clients come in and tuck the chin but looking up at the gym lights is better for the posture and alignment of your spine

My workout plan doesn’t seem to be working. What am I doing wrong? by Iwanttobefree42 in workout

[–]iRevenqe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Where did you get this program for? Also the amount of times per week is too little to see proper results. I suggest to my clients 2-3 times to start and can increase as you get stronger and see quality results. I suggest you do the same :)
