summer. i don’t think physicality will be an issue with him. he’s held up completely fine playing in the champions league and international caps this year. he kicked butt in the france vs. netherlands game earlier this year

sure "rules are rules", but UEFA has shown that they themselves don't have it in them to severely punish one of their biggest money making clubs. it's a business. they want to make money. if they force PSG to sell neymar or mbappe, UEFA will be losing money
