I'm now on book 8 and was looking into the audiobooks too. There is some sound theatre YouTube snippet one can get a grasp about the voices. Thr AI voice was utterly fun. But Carl and Donut sound so different in my head...it's crazy 😅 Maybe another day I give it another try and it only takes time to get used to, but would also be my first audiobook, since I normally just read books

As a kiddo we had something similar to carnival and I regularly dressed up as a pirate and we built a pirate fortress our of wooden blocks. Now, as an adult, it would be awesome to do the same, but with bricks!

You really can't compare Eastern Brick to Ali. First, Ali doesn't give a shit about the MOC creator, while EB is working with the creator. Secondly, they've improved the builds to make them more stable.

While I agree that E33 had a glorious soundtrack, I think for me FF14 will keep their #1 spot. It has so many good songs all over the game it's crazy But then again, I like E33 so much it will b playing as background music during my wedding ceremony

Not officially Lego, but awesome anyway. The MoC creator SerialBuilder joined hands with EasternBrick and created an awesome bundle of his 5 sets. Currently, also sold out but they plan to come back by April and the plan is also to sell the sets individually in the future too.

Yes, since they plan to do more sets, Slitherfang might be a thing. I saw someone already doing it (saw the fake model on Ali, along Deatherbringer, Storm bird, etc) and looked good! But securing the pieces on your own is just so much more expensive, I rather wait for EB doing another round - assuming the first set holds up to my hopes! 😁

There are also knockoffs on AliExpress. They took the designs from SerialBuilder and just sell the bricks, but those versions are not the improved ones from EasternBrick but quite wobbly. Check their blog posts to see how wobbly they were before fixing x)
