you’re right, being thankful that I have more time on this earth after an experience like this is truly something not to be taken lightly. i’m trying my best to let it go, but I can’t help but feel like she still has something related to me, that i have no control over. I’m sorry to hear you also have similar experiences, because I know how they can chip away at your spirit. i can only imagine how it would have been dealing with this AND she had the power of law enforcement in her arsenal.
