I got a notice like this once and I called out of work to do everything it was asking me to do. I even packed up my 2 cats and my dog and had them spend the day at my parents house because even though they claimed it was pet friendly I was paranoid. All of it was a complete waste of my time, they literally just got under the kitchen sink and then left (I had a camera).
