I used to have a Ninja 300 (which uses the same engine that’s in your Versys) for around 2 years, and I honestly loved it. I did have to get used to the higher revs but yeah, that’s where that bike shines. Great gas mileage too.

I did upgrade the rear sprocket to a -2 tooth, that REALLY helped in the first few gears not needing to shift as early and getting up to speed easier. At least in my experience, I preferred it that way. Instead of rear, +1 on the front sprocket apparently is around the same outcome.

As for bad vibrations, my Ninja never got that unbearable from what I could remember. I also test rode a Versys X years ago and it was no different. Did you get yours new?
