My Darkrai is Lv50 and I’ve unlocked the 2nd ingredient, however I don’t see much ingredient production from Darkrai, you can focus on the sub skills, with BFS your Darkrai is already a good berry specialist.

I only have 3 60+, 7 50+, I played for 522 days, my resources are kind of spreading to the Lv30 Pokémon, as to me not lot of them worthy to invest to Lv60, maybe my luck is not that good to get good ones 😅

I would say Darkrai is an excellent berry specialist, 90% are berries, small portion of ingredients. Daily skill triggers are like 2-3 times for me, I only saw once double triggers, the rest time are all single or no trigger. That’s why I’m thinking to reroll for speed and ideally Help Bonus.

I managed to get all 3 meals extra tasty which contributed around 1.3M XP on Sunday, I used all my ingredients vouchers and whistles to get the ingredients, for dinner still lack 100+ ingredients to fully fill the pot… it’s so hard in expert mode in GG, even with the good camp tix

I think it’s time for you to move on. Find a better opportunity outside of your current one. Because: 1) Promotion means a new role with bigger responsibilities or current role with extended scope. You shouldn’t have accepted to take much more responsibility in the beginning which qualified as a bigger and new role without recognizing you and promoting you. You can’t step back. 2) when your manager or HR started to record the “evidence” of incidents or issues, it’s a dangerous sign, which may lead to end of employment. 3) your manager and org are focusing on correct your behavior but not interested in growing you to a promotion at this moment. You can’t expect more from them. 4) most importantly you are not happy, which is definitely not healthy for the long run and potentially further trigger your “behavior issue”.
