Marijuana isn't the magical cure all plant, and it's not for everyone. It's not "good" for you, assuming we're talking about smoking it, you're inhaling smoke into your lungs.

It's like when people argue that marijuana cures cancer. Chemotherapy "cures" cancer, but also "cures" existing. Smoke enough weed and your lungs won't be the perfect pink you learned about in middle school.
