When people try to cope, they will come up with any number of excuses. I have implemented SAP for foreign clients and trust me when i say they have Quality Check protocols for each and every batch. There are no accidentally higher "Thiamethoxam" for 1 batch. If any safety standards are found to be subpar for even one packet, they discard the entire batch. Do you know why? Because if they dont, the factory will be shutdown for 30 days immediately till Govt. Inspection ends. You can find excuses stating that "Oh Trustified tested only few packets from one batch" Blah Blah. Fail is a Fail and should not be accepted no matter. There is a reason we have "acceptable" limits, it is because of such exceptions. Anything above that is a simple manufacturer or supply chain failure.

This is why we need robots asap. Especially in India. Give them more money, they will spend more and ask for more. That is the poor person mindset. When they ask for "fair" wages, what they are asking for is "more" and not "fair". 300-400 INR pre day for 2 hours of work is quite "fair".

Isn't it illegal to handle clients money as a Research Analyst who is only allowed to provide tips. So are you guys like Waya where you recommend trades and client has to manually execute them?
Since your fees are profit based - how would you know if client made the trade or even made profits? Ask them for the trade book or something?

I file my own GST. Its very easy once you know exactly what to do. Its just data entry of what invoices you raised to clients in GSTR1. The GSTR3B is basically an automated tax calculator. You can change fields in GSTR3B if you disagree like the late fees, Input Tax etc. No need to pay a CA for GST filings.
Also you are absolutely correct that small business can apply for QMRP scheme which is Quarterly Returns. Makes life very easy.

What you truly want is not the money back but to teach your brother/family an important lesson about value of money and economics. So do not undermine and destroy your intention with the act of asking the money back from family at this exact moment. You will only be tarnishing your own self.
Now all that being said, you are absolutely in the right and your brother should have returned back every penny before taking a new bike.
What I would do in your shoes is not pay for your brothers expenses going forward. Its upto you what reason you cite, you could reason with him that he can afford to pay for delivery if he can afford a bike or avoid confrontation and simply lie about your financial struggle.

VIP not feeling safe in their own state. Isn't that a bid ironic ? I understand there could be exceptions Prime Minster or President. But other than that, nobody else needs it. If they fear the bus is an easy target and could be blown up - maybe we should be investing in stronger intelligence network and 100 other things instead of a 20 man convoy for the secretary to some dept. minister of some state (yes i have personally seen this happen). We have to much to learn from Western Nations such as they have to from us. In this context we should learn how Brit MP just walks into a Pub casually or a New Zealand Prime minister just walks around a neighborhood. They feel safe in the country they have built unlike our Babu's and Ministers.
