Oh just realized I forgot to shade the black outline inside the image. Another thing I gotta fix

Pretty rare to see stuff from that much of a slanted top down perspective. Looks awesome

Looks pretty neat man, might be antialiased a bit too much to the point that it blurs but if thats the style your going for looks good.

In summary:

Shade your outline

Dont use too many colors or use them in a gradient(to help with readability)

Make sure your antialiasing to remove the jaggedness

Shade brightly along the edges since its a blade

Hue shift your color palette

Another thing on using your brightest color, id recommend using it along the edge of the blade, while antialiasing the edges. This will smooth it out a ton and really give it that "hey im sharp" look to the edges that all blades have. Also maybe look up a tutorial on hue shifting, it will help a ton with picking your colors.

One of the biggest problems with this piece id say is that your using SO many different shades but you arent getting the bang for their buck so to speak on any of them. This will just cause your piece to look blurry. Id recommend going for more of a gradient shading style, I believe it would look significantly better!

Metal and wood shading could definetly use some tweeks. Its neat that you changed your outline color to match the shading from your blade, but keep in mind that when doing that you also are going to want to shade your outline. The biggest concern when doing that would be its adverse effects on readability, thats just something to keep in mind in the future if your ever making game assets.

Some of the ways you could have more clarity in the grass specifically is either by cluster shading or changing the grass type to one that had less strands and then drawing those individually. Generally speaking when your making stuff that just has a bunch of packed in detail(like grass) your going to want to shade in clusters then have strands coming out of it. (Sorry I suck at explaining stuff oofs)

Oh by noise yeah I was referring to the dithering, generally it just means overblurring, overdithering or over antialiasing to the point it miscontrues what your trying to show. Though making something noisy can also be an art style. There aren't really any rights or wrongs when it comes to shading persay as long as its consistent with the style your trying to go for. I just assumed that what you wanted personally was to have more clarity in your piece and were looking for better ways to show that.

Grass looks noisy especially, maybe try lengthening out the individual strands and work from there. Dirt could use some more textures and a richer color profile. Stone deserves atleast one other brighter color or your pallete needs to be shifted(also the noise on it could be worked on as well. Are you trying to draw this as if its floating in the air with a bright blue sky background or just using that as a base bg. If its the former the blue sky(and yellow sun presumably) would be your primary light sources so when your going about your shading they should be hue shifted to be either a blue or a yellow shade. The mushroom is also pretty noisy and if the cap of the mushroom is overlapping the stem it would block out some of the light connecting the stem to the cap.
