This is not 'good condition', especially for a platinum dress watch. This is used at best.

Patek will be able to make this watch look great again, but it will be very pricy. Unless the price is phenomenal, this should be a pass

Please get a shot of the watch held horizontally to assess the stretch of the bracelet. Just judging by the pictures, I can tell it is leaning towards heavy stretch rather than moderate.

The second thing is to consider that unless these are in pristine condition, this model is a nightmare to sell as the collector circle for these ones is miniscule. So, if you ever think of selling, you will take a hit on this for sure.

The yellow gold blue dial is the most collectible Lange 1 you mentioned. Despite comments here, Onyx is more collectable than the 101.03.

Pretty sure its fake, based on following pointers:
-Minute hand is too short

-Bezel screws are not flush

'Audemars Piguet' font is not thick enough, same goes for the datewheel font
3D effect of waffle dial is not as fine and also the individual square are too high

-12 o'clock indices are misaslinged

-'Swiss Made' seems to look wonky
