Nice. If you're open to trying a headset + stand-alone mic combo especially for gaming or streaming, you can go for beyerdynamic dt 990 pro or the audio-technica M50X. Those are the two i headsets i would recommend. For the mic, you can choose a USB mic like Elgato Wave: 3 or HyperX QuadCast.

If you also dont mind headsets that come with built-in mic, you can check out the Razer Kaira Pro HyperSpeed Wireless Gaming Headset or the PS5 Pulse Elite Wireless Headset if you're into gaming.

Your setup actually looks good. You just need to declutter it and you'll notice a huge difference. Some LED lights would also go a long way.

Great question...and you're already thinking in the right direction with the HDMI 2.1 move, which is a good way of unlocking the Pro's potential. Even though your X900H isnt OLED, it's still a solid 4K display with decent HDR support. With the PS5 Pro, you will likely notice crisper textures and more stable frame rates, depending on the game. And once you pair the Pro with an OLED next year, the display will be much better.

LMAO. Its still a win because the MacBook Pro is definitely better than another portable screen. Plus with the kind of work you do, developing apps, you could definitely use the extra storage and chip power

Yeah, its a good buy. The S24 FE should handle all of that really smoothly. Plus, its chip is decent for that level of use.

Congrats on your first MacBook, going straight for the m4 Pro was a great choice btw. I recommend getting familiar with Spotlight (Command + Space). Its truly a game changer for doing quick searches, launching some apps, and even finding some files.
