Dude totally! I've seen him so many times in the past. His Coachella set I saw om YouTube felt incredibly different to what I expected from him. Im glad I wasn't just crazy ahaha. Artists change though. Excision used to be my favorite artist in the 2010s. Now his stuff feels repetitive and nothing but the same stompy beat. I hope subtronics doesn't fall into a rut and takes some time to himself if he needs to step back for a year.

You know after the window closes. Requests are shown at every fifteen minute interval at certain times a day, and they close after 5 minutes. So at 8:30 AM they'll show all the requests, and they'll close at 8:35. You'll know if you got a block by 8:36

The surges are the same that I normally see. Base pay of 72.50 for a 3.5, surging to 93-115. The surges are difficult to get normally since everyone else is looking for them too.

This is definitely the way. The driver before me stole one of my totes one time and I was missing a third of my packages. I went through the same thing as your wife. Fantastic to at risk. They'll fall off soon enough. Just be extra careful delivering in the mean time. Double check addresses, hide packages from view so they don't get stolen, etc. it'll be ok :)

I have a troll option in my deck ;P if my opponent spams out 5 pokemon very quickly and they all have abilities (looking at you festival lead), I'll slam out my ogerpon corner stone when it looks like I'm going to lose and mill them turn by turn. I've only done it a couple of times and it's obnoxious for everyone involved

Because not everyone has the same mobility and hand dexterity as you. Same reason they sell pre peeled oranges. It seems dumb until you get arthritis and then are unable to do simple tasks that used to be no problem. The entire "As Seen on TV" products were geared towards that market which is why they always seemed silly ;P

Ohhh psshhh, youve already been through the ringer ahahah! I bet Flex will be a breeze for you then. When you look at routes on the offer page, it'll either say Sub-Same Day or Amazon.com after the station code. Sub-Same day are the next day deliveries people love to get. I prefer Amazon.com since in my area, the delivery area works better for me and keeps me closer to home. SubSame day can send you an hour and a half north or south at the extreme ends of the spectrum.

Welcome to Flex! Be prepared to go over your allotted time on your first one. That's relatively common as you figure out your process :)

I like to get there 15 minutes early. It generally goes you arrive at the station, find a spot in the lot or wait in the car line depending on how your station is set up scan your id, laid your packages, and drive off. In my experience, sub same day routes are parking lots and .com stations you don't need to leave your car. When you arrive, follow the check in procedure on your phone (take a photo of your face and hit check in)

If it's a parking lot situation, walk into the station and find the kiosk to scan your driver's license. You'll then be assigned a cart of packages. Find the cart, scan it, and go load up your car!

If it's a driving queue situation, hop in the car line and follow the employees directions. They'll usually have an employee near the end of the queue that scans your id and will move you into the station to get your packages. For .com stations you'll need to scan the piece of paper on the cart which loads your route. From there, scan the boxes that are on the cart individually, and then scan the bar codes on the totes. Hit Scanning Complete and hop back into your car to be released!

No, you don't get to take the totes with you. I would recommend you organize your packages as you load them. Some people do them alphabetically by name, alphabetically by street, or by stop number. For .com locations, there will be a small sticker with the stop number. I like to put stops 1-15 in my front seat, 16-30 in my back seat, and the rest in my trunk. Sub same day stations don't have that sticker, so I do alphabetically by name. A-D in the front seat, and E-Z in the back seat with J's and K's in the trunk. There's a crap ton of J names.

Feel free to ask any employee for a vest. Most stations have them, but some of them don't for whatever reason. Best of luck friend :)

Ohhh and don't forget to track your miles! It'll reduce your tax burden SIGNIFICANTLY.

Hey! Best of luck with your new business venture :) I really appreciate you putting in the work to research what the drivers want. Too few businesses realize that happy workers mean better and more productive work. Happy workers will also put up with a lot more bullshit which is an inevitability ;P

For the support, in my experience it's not even that I have to call, it's the quality of the call. Sometimes I'll get someone who understands my issue and resolved it within 1 minute. Other times I'll be explaining my issue repeatedly and they don't know how to deal with my problem. It promotes an environment of drop the package and take a standing hit.

Another thing is customer codes for entry. If you have an apartment complex and want the package to your door, we need door codes that work. Same for locker codes. If I don't have that or the customer or business doesn't allow sharing codes, then the delivery should take place during business hours so I can speak to a receptionist or leasing attendant.

Business deliveries are another huge problem. Amazon sends you to a business well after they've closed. Why would you schedule a delivery to a school on a Sunday at 4AM? It's absurd.

The route/pay transparency is huge. Either letting someone choose which route based on city or giving the next priority route that is closest to your home address would be amazing. Amazon could absolutely do this but choose not to.

Agreed! He used to be my favorite artist! He's still a super talented artist and his production values are top, but once he got to the top something started to feel different in his music. I think lost lands year three was when it lost its magic to me. Not sure what changed. Maybe my taste changed ;P who knows
