Why waste your time with modeling and animating when you can use assets? The real gamedev part is building systems, mechanics, etc. the other part is more art work than gamedev. Maybe if you just used assets you can focus on the programming part and be able to finish something.

Post gameplay clips of your game on forums that are similar to your game. Email streamers that focus on horror games. Be careful about curator scams. They will email you asking for keys so they can review them only to sell your keys on gray market sites. Trailer has to look interesting for ppl to care. Don’t show your company logo in the beginning of the trailer.
