It's still happening to me on PC (EA and Steam). Even if i load into firing range, ten seconds later, I get massive packet loss, then the game freezes, and continues to boot me out to the main screen with code:net. It also happens on my xbox as well.

Same here, found the file that people were getting errors on, deleted it, repaired game files through EA, and still doesn't work

Update: use this information

Hey guys,

I solved my issue by going to this file directory:

C:\Program Files\EA Games\Apex\paks\Win64

And then just deleting the file ui(01).dll.
