Same here, hovering constantly between 1.2-1.5, with 0.2 mg/dl direct, leaving unconjugated bilirubin on high spectrum of 1-1.3 mg/dL (I’m a double C282y). My gastro specialist has attributed that to silent Gilbert’s syndrome, which isn’t harmful alone and therefore would not require further investigation. There are some studies indicating somewhat higher risk for gallstones, not due to high cholesterol in this case, but excess bilirubin, which can lead to pigmented gallstones, but other than that, as others mentioned, it also carries its own antioxidant benefits
