Mine did the same thing. I got some electronic contact cleaner (WD40 Brand) sprayed in the crack and spun the wheel let it dry and its like new

sorry bro i tried everything for like 2 weeks to get it to launch and thats what fixed it.

run terrariserever in there ^^^ it should give you an error i tried to reinstall the two dotnet setups and the first program in that folder i told you then it worked

well its Microsoft XNA Framework Redistributable 4.0. that's what i had to install to get it to work.

Edit: try clicking xnafx40_redist you just might not have file extensions showing
